Participant worksheet

Testimony reflection

Honest stories have three movements: what life was like before God met you, what God did (or is doing), and how you're different now. Use this sheet privately or in a trusted group—no performance needed.

1. Before

What was going on—emotionally, spiritually, or practically—before you saw God step in? Name the struggle without glamorizing it.

What felt heavy, empty, or stuck?

What did you believe about yourself or God then?

2. God

Focus on God's action, not only your effort. Scripture, prayer, a friend's kindness, conviction, peace—anything that points to Him.

What did God do, show, or provide?

What verse, truth, or moment anchored you?

3. After

Progress beats perfection. How are you different today—even in small ways—because of what God did?

What's changing in how you think, relate, or hope?

Who could benefit from hearing this part of your story?
